Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that promotes healing. It eases tension and assists in regulating the nervous system. It is a gentle hands-on or hands-off treatment where soothing energy flows from the hands to the client. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy, it knows where to reach you to remove energetic blockages and restore balance.
Life force energy exists in all living things. A Reiki practitioner serves as a bridge, holding space for you to rest and open to receiving this energy. As Reiki flows, healing and clarity arise within to return your physical and energetic body back to its natural rhythms. It also helps guide you on the path most aligned with love, authenticity and fulfillment by bringing your inner knowing to the forefront.
It gives you an opportunity to listen to your body and the way it experiences Reiki through sensations or insight. Reiki works with your innate ability to heal yourself and supports harmonizing mind-body-spirit. All the answers are within you and I am honored to hold space for you to remember this truth as Reiki flows through to you.
Each treatment is meticulously tailored to your unique requirements, providing either targeted relief for specific muscular discomfort or profound whole-body relaxation. By blending deep tissue work with graceful, fluid movements, I invite you into a restorative state where true healing begins.
To further enhance your journey, complimentary aromatherapy is integrated into every visit (optional). Aromatherapy is beneficial for its ability to shift your emotional perspective, provide nourishment for your skin and relieve muscle tension.
Every custom oil blend serves as a vital pillar of the experience, ensuring you feel deeply supported and renewed on both a physical and emotional level.
Sound therapy is an integral component of my energy sessions. I utilize a combination of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and refined percussion instruments such as the ocean drum, rain stick, and wind chimes. Each session is unique and intuitively guided.
Sound-based interventions are particularly beneficial for individuals who experience difficulty quieting their thoughts or entering a meditative state.
Crystal and Tibetan bowls resonate at specific, measurable frequencies and musical notes that correspond to the primary chakras, supporting the release of stagnant energy and promoting a more balanced and regulated state of being.
